Job Description

The position is instrumental in assisting the smooth running of Izam and managing the work for enerpize business director, and key managers. The position will use project management experience, initiative, confidence and organizational skills to support the organization. Also will provide coordination, leadership and administrative support to a variety of projects and activities related to the operation of the organization and the services provided. These include the governance requirements of the organization, operational logistics and clients communications. This will require liaising with staff, managers, partners and clients.

Job Requirement

The Business Support Officer must be an experienced services manager who is highly organised, self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative in managing complex and competing demands from different sources.It is expected that                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              the individual will have a good first degree ideally with additional experience or qualifications in business administration. Experience of working with senior staff and management is essential. The post requires:
  1. excellent communication skills;
  2. advanced computer literacy skills and competency with Word, Excel, Outlook,
    PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  3. the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workloads; and
  4. the initiative to identify new ways in which the skills of the Business Support Officer can bring added value and efficiency to the organisation.
